World Poetry received support directly related to the closure of Small Press Distribution (SPD) through a regrant awarded and administered by the Community of Literary Magazines and Presses (CLMP). The NYSCA-CLMP Forward Fund was made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.

Through an affiliation with the Humanities Institute at the University of Connecticut (Storrs), World Poetry supports programs of UConn’s Translation Program.
