JEAN-PAUL AUXEMERY was born in 1947. A poet and translator, he is the author of ten books of poetry, and a translator of Ezra Pound, William Carlos Williams, Charles Olson, Charles Reznikoff, and others.
NATHANIEL TARN (born 1928 in Paris) is an American poet, essayist, anthropologist, and translator. He is the author of thirty books and booklets, including most recently the poetry collection The Holderliniae (New Directions.) He has been translated into ten foreign languages.
